We have properties both in and on the edge of the Reykjavik capital area. We have houses, apartments and condominiums in the Reykjavik city center, in the area near the Botanic gardens, in nature embraced Mosfellsbaer and even in a remote Icelandic fishing village.

Properties only for responsible, considerate tenants. If you have a problem with alcohol, substance abuse, honesty and/or getting along with people than our properties are definitely not for you.

In the past we have had a great number of excellent tenants. Major corporations, Icelandic and foreign companies, celebrities, princesses, diplomats, working people, people on holiday, retired people, people on sabbatical leave, people looking for work and various types of ordinary and extraordinary people.
